Elaine Stephanie Tibok, a 21-year-old student won the Miss Malaysia Pageant 2005 at the Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel!

Off the Star, “Elaine's spontaneous answer, coupled with her quick wit and warm smile won her the Miss Malaysia Tourism 2005 title, the main award in the 3-in-1 pageant. Besides taking home RM5,000 cash and sponsored gifts, Elaine also won herself a RM80,000 scholarship to pursue her education at the Institute Putra in Malacca.”
